Terms of Service
Last updated: June 12, 2026
1. The service
Vigilia, operated by Pablo Matias Perez Piskunow (sole trader, Spain), monitors web applications you register, captures errors and downtime, and produces AI-generated explanations and fix prompts. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your responsibilities
Only install the monitoring snippet on applications you own or are authorized to monitor. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your app and its users, including disclosing the use of error monitoring in your privacy policy where required. Keep your API keys confidential.
3. AI-generated content
Diagnoses, severity ratings, and fix prompts are generated by an AI system. They are suggestions, not guarantees — review changes before applying them to your app. We are not responsible for the effect of applying a fix prompt to your codebase.
4. Plans, billing & cancellation
The Free plan is limited (1 app, basic monitoring, limited AI diagnoses). Pro is billed monthly or annually — your choice at checkout — via Creem, our merchant of record, at the price shown there. You can cancel anytime in Settings → Manage billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with 30 days' notice.
5. Fair use
Event ingestion is subject to per-plan quotas and rate limits. We may throttle or suspend accounts that abuse the service (e.g. flooding, attempting to monitor apps without authorization, or reselling without agreement).
6. Availability & disclaimer
Vigilia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every error or outage will be detected. Vigilia is a monitoring aid, not a substitute for your own judgement.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data in your own application.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time (Settings → Privacy), which erases your data per our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
9. Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Contact: support@getvigilia.com.
